Out of the Box with Mr. Knits: International Flava Follow Up
As a follow up to my blog post this past March opening up international shipping, we now ship to several countries. Note that near the bottom of that post, I invited anyone whose country is not listed yet to contact us and ask if we can ship there. Last week, someone asked if we ship to Singapore. I looked it up with our shipping provider, and we can indeed do so! The next day, I was delighted to set it up in our web store (our eBay clearance store already ships there, and many other countries, through eBay’s Global Shipping Program).
In the course of setting that up, I learned that this same new shipping provider is offering significant shipping discounts that I can pass on to you. So international shipping charges have been adjusted accordingly.
So you can order from our webstore, (shipping charge applies except as noted), to be shipped to the following countries - notes added as needed.
USA and territories: Anywhere that the U.S. Postal Service delivers to is a flat $5, which is waived for orders of $40 or more.
NEW - Singapore
Canada: With big rate adjustments, shipping is pretty inexpensive for an international shipment thanks to UPS, but if your order requires a big enough box, UPS will add a substantial surcharge that we’ll have to pass onto you (giving you the right to cancel the order without penalty if it’s too much). Though we’re talking about an order so big it requires a box your arms wouldn’t fit around.
NEW - Mexico: Como Canada, el envío es barato para procedente de Los Estados Unidos. Pero, una caja muy grande puede costar mucho más. Nos pondremos en contacto con usted y le preguntaremos si desea pagar más o cancelar el pedido si esto sucede.
Australia: My shipping provider found you some significant savings for shipments over 4 pounds through UPS, but there again is that caveat of a surcharge for very large boxes that you can’t get your arms around. We’ll be sure to contact you before shipping if that applies.
New Zealand: Similar to Australia, significant savings over 4 pounds, with a surcharge for very large boxes.
South Africa: We found you a little shipping savings, check it out!
Chile: Como Sudáfrica, hay un poco de ahorro en el precio de envío, especialmente para paquetes pequeños.
