Update: Mrs. Knits Yarn Studio
Are you curious about the difference between a local yarn shop (LYS), and a Yarn Studio? Mrs. Knits Yarn Studio is a local yarn shop open by appointment only, with a retail website for shopping anytime. There are special collections like Noro, with more to come.
So we have yarn for sale here, by just clicking Shop above. And we have more yarn on clearance on eBay. But the service we are most proud of is a new concept in providing concierge service to knitters: Mrs. Knits Yarn Studio.
There by appointment only Mrs. Knits will help you design just the right kit for your project. In a collaborative process, you and Mrs. Knits will co-design a project kit to your specific wants and needs. Mrs. Knits will lend her fiber and color theory expertise to make it just right for you. Besides, it doesn’t get much better than two knitters sharing ideas, especially when one is setting up the other for success!
There is no additional charge for this service by Mrs. Knits, just the regular retail price of the yarn and accessories, and the pleasure Mrs. Knits gets from collaborating with fellow knitters. We specialize in high-quality and environmentally friendly Noro Yarns, but anything we offer here on the website can be deployed for your knitting enjoyment.
All this fun happens at

Please don’t hesitate to contact Mrs. Knits about the project you have in mind. You may just be a quick tip away from making some magic.
Maybe Mrs. Knits can help you in person? You can use the same contact form to ask a question or schedule an appointment.
While she may not be an expert in crochet, pet accessories, or yarn bombing, 😊 Mrs. Knits can very likely steer you in the right direction.
Something come up in the middle of your project? Mrs. Knits still welcomes questions, especially if she got you launched in the first place.
