Out of the Box with Mr. Knits: Circling the Wagons

We had to put something else on the shelf temporarily next to the Noro Ito in the Studio. Our knitting circles and other events are temporarily on hold, with humble apologies to those who came to our last scheduled event. Most of the reason for being by appointment only is to not make any promises that we can’t deliver on (such as open hours). So that’s the last thing we ever want to happen.

This family has been through quite a bit lately! It started with our angel investor, Bonnie’s mother, shattering her ankle at age 78. This has been an ongoing family medical emergency ever since. We tried open hours while she was healing, but she understandably wants to live on her own. So the past month has been spent making the move happen, and now this month is helping with unpacking and setup of a new apartment.

So for now, we are returning our focus to our online customers - and we are delighted to say there are plenty of them! We still offer in-person pickup in our Studio in west Bremerton, WA. Also, you are welcome to call or email us to set an appointment with Mrs. Knits.

As for Bonnie’s mother, not only is she feeling much better, but she moved closer to us, and is eager to participate in Mrs. Knits Yarn Shop! So as she knits and crochets samples for us, we think you will be hearing more from Nana Knits!
